Santiago de Chile Airport is approximately 25 km away from the city centre. You have several options for transport to the city centre or to your hotel.

Bus to Santiago de Chile

The cheapest option for transport to the city centre are the Centropuerto (blue buses) and Turbus (green buses) bus routes. Buses run at intervals of 10 to 30 minutes during the day and every 60 minutes at night.

Tickets can be purchased at the airport Transportation Center for CLP 1,900 = EUR 4 (one-way) or CLP 3,400 (round-trip). The price is the same for both companies. If you're heading further afield to Chile, it's preferable to choose Turbus buses. If you are heading to the city centre of Santiago, it is better to choose the Centropuerto.

Most tourists take the bus to Pajaritos metro station (both companies go there), where they transfer to metro line 1 and get off at the Pajaritos stop. The metro ticket costs between CLP 640 and CLP 800.
