Transportation from Zadar Airport to the centre of Zadar
Zadar Airport is 8 km away from the city. You have several options for transport to the city centre or to your hotel.

Bus
The cheapest option are the airport buses, but they only run in the May-September season. When you come out of the arrivals hall, you will see the bus station on your right. Liburnija Zadar buses run from Zadar Airport via the main bus station (Autobusni kolodvor Zadar) to the bus station in Zadar Old Town (stop Liburnska obala). The bus will take you to the centre of Zadar to the Old Town Bus Terminal stop in approximately 30 minutes. A one-way ticket can be purchased for EUR 3.60 and it can be bought directly from the driver.

- Route from the airport to the centre: Zadar Airport → Gaženica ferry port (bus station near the terminal) → Main bus station Zadar → Poluotok (Center)

Airport shuttle
If you prefer convenience, or are travelling with children, consider an airport shuttle. Prices start at EUR 8 and the bus will take you from the airport directly to your hotel (and back at the end of your stay).

Taxi
The most convenient transport is a taxi, which you can use on the spot or book via Gettransfer. This has the advantage of a lower price, better access, and can also provide a child seat. The price of a taxi should be around EUR 20.
Night transport
City buses offer services until approximately midnight. If you can't make any of the available services, you can use Getttransfer, taxi or Uber to get to the centre.
