How is the pick-up process?

After you have completed your booking and paid for your transfer, you will receive a confirmation email along with an e-ticket. The e-ticket can also be found on the company's website (after logging into your profile).

Upon your arrival at the airport, go to meeting point indicated on your E-ticket (often right at the exit gate with Hoppa sign). If your flight happens to be delayed, there is no need to panic. If you have booked a private transfer, the driver will wait for you for up to 3 hours. If you have purchased a shared transfer, you can use the following connection for free.

Transportation prices depend on the type of transport chosen, but you always know them in advance so you can decide which offers to take advantage of. Payment is made at the time of booking via payment card or PayPal.
