A great advantage of the company is the Best Price Guarantee. If you find a better price on a competitor's site for an identical offer within 24 hours of booking, please email support@discovercars.com to request the guarantee. The email must include details as shown on the site - your booking number, date and time of the booking, link to the competitor's offer and screenshot of the rental information. The difference in price will be credited to your account.
They also offer the option to rent a vehicle for one trip, i.e. pick it up at one location and return it at another.
How to use DiscoverCars?
Reservations can be made at DiscoverCars. If you plan ahead, you'll get better prices and a more diverse selection of cars. Check how high your deposit will be. It's also important to know your mileage limits and fuel policy. You can get all this information when you book.
In addition to your driver's license and identification (passport or ID), you will also need your voucher to pick up your car. You can print it or save an electronic version of your voucher once you have completed your booking.
Is it safe to use DiscoverCars?

How do I pay?

Changes, cancellations and refunds
If you need to make a change to your reservation, DiscoverCars recommend contacting customer support. You can also make changes directly to your reservation up to 48 hours before the rental.
To cancel your reservation, please use your reservation management. There, you will also see how much DiscoverCars will refund you (based on the time you cancel your reservation). If you choose to cancel after the rental period has started, the company will not refund any money.
