The low prices, however, are sometimes redeemed by rather inconvenient transfers. Another drawback can be the handling of claims, where Kiwi doesn't communicate much and tries to pass the buck directly to the carrier.

Complaint and refund takes place directly through the Kiwi retailer. However, don't expect to get a refund for your cancelled flights or free ticket changes on basic fares. You can partially avoid inconvenience and complications with the Kiwi Gaurantee service.
