The Pelikán.cz internet portal was established in 2006. Thanks to Pelikán.cz, you can search, compare and purchase tickets from more than 800 classic and low-cost companies. Ticket prices are slightly higher than when buying directly from the airline, but this has some benefits - for examply, if there are any problems with your flight, Pelikán.cz will solve everything for you.

You can also search for and purchase weekend stay packages to various destinations on the website.

You can find cheap tickets on the website under the Special tickets tab. You can choose to view the list of tickets from the cheapest flights, the latest tickets or the farthest destinations. You can use Pelikán's mobile app to search for tickets as well.

There is an option to subscribe to the newsletter on the website so that you do not miss any interesting events. In addition, Pelikán.cz publishes all interesting offers on its Facebook profile.

Booking tickets is simple and the whole process takes place directly on the Pelikán.cz website. You simply enter your criteria into the search engine. You can search for return, one-way or multi city tickets. Look for multi city tickets if you plan to visit more cities / states during your vacation. After entering all the requirements, the company will calculate the cheapest, best and fastest variant for you. After selecting a specific flight and verifying its availability, it is necessary to fill in personal data and go to booking tickets.

Payment must be made online or via bank transfer, preferably by 21:00 on the same day. Pelikán guarantees ticket prices only on the same day, so it could happen that the ticket will be more expensive overnight.

If you are unable to travel and wish to cancel your ticket, you must first contact the customer center. Staff will verify whether your ticket is refundable. If the ticket is not refundable, its price will be forfeited and you will only be refunded the unused airport charges. Some airlines have a specific time until which it is possible to cancel a ticket. If you find that you can't leave, don't delay too long to cancel your tickets.

If your ticket is refundable, you need to fill out a cancellation form. Send a photocopy of the form completed and signed by email to the Pelikán.cz customer center. The process of refunding your ticket usually takes 6-8 weeks.

If you need to change your ticket, it is necessary to contact the Pelikán.cz customer center, either by phone (226 200 777) or by email (letadla@pelikan.cz). First, make sure that your ticket can be modified. Some airlines do not allow changes to tickets and you need to buy a new ticket straight away.

For each change, you must take into account the fee, which varies according to the rules of a particular airline. An administrative fee of EUR 39 (GBP 33.5 or USD 46) is added to this fee. If you need to change the date of the ticket, it is necessary to pay the price difference between the tariffs.
