About Liftago taxi company
The Liftago mobile app is a platform that offers its customers (individuals and companies) not only transport of people and things, but also an express mail delivery service. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Prague.
In the Czech Republic you can use Liftago services in about 20 major cities (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Liberec,...). In Slovakia, Liftago operates in Bratislava and Košice. For a complete list of cities, see this link.
The company's goal is to optimize traffic in major cities. It differs from other providers of similar services by making a use of existing traffic capacity - licensed taxi drivers.
Booking a ride
Ride booking takes place in the mobile app. You can download it for free for both Apple and Android at this link. The process of booking a ride is simple. First you specify where from and where to you need transportation (enter an address or choose on a map), then you choose your payment method (cash/card), choose the driver that suits you best, and just wait for his arrival. You can track the driver's arrival in real time directly in the app. You can select a driver based on several criteria: price, car, rating or arrival time.
Prices
Liftago's transportation is not subject to fixed prices. Each driver sets his own price for the service and it is up to you who you choose for the transport. Services can be paid for in cash or by card. Companies can get a collective bill.
Discount code
With our code JIRI8795 you will get a discount of EUR 4 on your first ride. The discount code must be entered before ordering the ride. This discount can only be used when paying by card.
