Airport check-in opens 3 hours and closes 45 minutes before departure. Make sure that you arrive at the airport on time. The company will not refund any tickets that are forfeited.

Carry-on baggage must not exceed 115 cm (45.3 in) in total dimensions and weigh 7 kg (15.4 lb). It must be placed under the seat in front of you or in the luggage compartment above the seats.

Economy Class passengers can check 20 kg (44 lb) of luggage, while the maximum weight for Business Class is 30 kg (66 lb).
