<h3>Online check-in</h3>
Online check-in allows you to save time and money. You can check in up to 5 days before departure (for Business, GREEN classic, GREEN plus and GREEN class with reserved seat) or 36 hours before departure (for GREEN and GREEN plus class without reserved seat). Online check-in can be done directly on <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://affiliateport.scaletrk.com/click?o=1737&a=6695&sub_id1=airbaltic&sub_id5=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.airbaltic.com%2Fen-CZ%2Findex%3Fopentab%3DCKI" target="_blank">airBaltic's website</a>. You can either print your ticket or save it to your phone.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
The check-in at the airport costs 35 EUR / 42 USD / 30 GBP. You must check in at least 40 minutes before departure.
You do not pay this fee if:
<ul>
<li>your <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://affiliateport.scaletrk.com/click?o=1737&a=6695&sub_id1=airbaltic&sub_id5=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.airbaltic.com%2Fen%2Fcheck-in-deadlines" target="_blank">destination</a> does't allow online check-in</li>
<li>you are travelling in Business class or GREEN classic</li>
<li>you are travelling with a child under 2 years old or with a pet</li>

At Riga, Copenhagen and Stockholm airports you can use the self check-in kiosk, which is free of charge.

AirBaltic is the national airline of Latvia, headquartered at Riga Airport. The company was founded in 1995. Its aim is to bring the Baltic States closer to the world. Currently, the airline flies from Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn to more than 70 holiday destinations across Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Central Asia.
The airline's fleet consists of 22 Airbus A220-300 aircraft, which you can recognize by their white and green color.

Buy your tickets well in advance, at least one month before departure. The prices can get higher especially in the summer months. If you don't need checked baggage, it's worth buying a GREEN fare.

<h3>Carry-on baggage</h3>
Economy class is entitled to 1 carry-on bag with maximum dimensions 55 x 40 x 23 cm / 21,6 x 15,7 x 9 in + 1 item (laptop, camera...) with maximum dimensions 30 x 40 x 10 cm / 11,8 x 15,7 x 3,9 in. The total weight must not exceed 8kg (17,6 lb) in total. For a fee of 11.99 EUR / 14 USD / 10 GBP you can take up to 12 kg (26 lb) of hand luggage of the same dimensions.
Business class is entitled to 2 hand luggage 55 x 40 x 23 cm + 1 item (laptop, camera...) with dimensions of 30 x 40 x 10 cm.
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>

<li>GREEN - price per checked bag starts at EUR 14.99 / USD 17 / GBP 13 when purchased online</li>

The price for checked baggage purchased at the airport is EUR 60 / USD 67 / GBP 51. If you exceed the weight allowance, you will pay a fee of EUR 50 / USD 56 / GBP 43 per bag. If you are travelling with children under 2 years, you may have an extra folding stroller, car seat and checked baggage up to 10 kg (22 lb).
