Check-in can be done online via <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://almasriaairlines.com/#" target="_blank">the company's website</a> and is available for all flights. AlMasria Universal Airlines sends tickets to the passenger's email when checking in online, so you can print them in the comfort of your home or office. You can also check in your luggage or inform the company of your food preferences.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
Business Class passengers have priority check-in and boarding at the airport. You can check in at the airport either directly at the company's counter or at their kiosk. Check-in opens 3 hours prior to departure. It closes 45 minutes before departure. 
All passengers should arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before departure.

The company was the first to fly to Yanbu Airport in Saudi Arabia. They operate regular flights to Saudi Arabia and Europe and domestic flights (within Egypt), which are popular as well. The name "AlMasria" is derived from Arabic and translates to "Egyptian".

Carry-on baggage must not exceed the dimensions 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21,7 x 15,7 x 9 inches) and weight 7 kg (15,4 pounds).
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
Business Class ticket holders may take baggage weighing up to 20 kg (44 lb) and with summed dimensions (height + width + lenght) of 158 cm (62,2 inches). Baggage heavier than 50 kg (110 lb) will not be accepted by the airline and will have to be transported by cargo aircraft.
<h3>Sports equipment</h3>
The company also carries oversized baggage (surfboards, golf clubs, etc.). If you decide to transport oversized sports equipment or similar item, we recommend contacting the company to discuss the transport conditions for your individual case.

During the flight, meals are served according to the time of day (breakfast, lunch or dinner). In addition, the passengers can purchase small refreshments on board. Business Class passengers receive exclusive meals and also have greater access to on-board entertainment options. The entertainment is rather limited for Economy Class passengers.
The staff on board is also very accommodating to those with mobility and other limitations. If you're planning on asking the company for any special treatment, you need to inform them in advance.
