Each passenger may carry one bag with maximum dimensions 55 x 35 x 25 cm (21.7 x 13.8 x 9.8 in) and weight up to 10 kg (22 lb) free of charge. In addition to this, one small personal bag is allowed, e.g. small handbag, laptop,...the dimensions of which must not exceed 45 x 20 x 25 cm (17.7 x 7.9 x 9.8 in).

On international flights, all passengers are served free refreshments in the form of food and drinks. A wider menu is available for a fee. On domestic flights, refreshments are not included and need to be purchased from the cabin crew.
