Online check-in can be done 24-3 hours before scheduled departure. After filling in the necessary information, you will receive a boarding pass that you can print or save to your mobile phone.

The price of each ticket includes 1 piece of hand luggage, which must not exceed any of the specified limits - the maximum dimensions are 56 x 35 x 23 cm (22 x 13.8 x 9 in) and maximum weight up to 10 kg (22 lb). In addition, each passenger can take 1 personal bag with maximum dimensions 43 x 33 x 15 cm (16.9 x 13 x 5.9 in).

Carriage of checked baggage weighing up to 23 kg (50.7 lb) is free on domestic flights within Tribidad and Tobago. For other flights, the amount of baggage allowed depends on the destination.
