For domestic flights, check-in is available 7 days prior to departure up to 1 hour before departure. For international flights, online check-in is available 7 days prior to departure up to 4 hours prior to departure. For domestic flights, you can download the generated boarding pass on your phone. If you are traveling on an international flight, we recommend printing your boarding pass (mobile phone tickets may not be accepted). Online check-in is not available for unaccompanied passengers under 12 years of age, passengers with infants and passengers with reduced mobility (requiring assistance).
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
Airport check-in is available 8 hours prior to departure. You can check in at the check-in counter or at the self-service check-in kiosk. All check-in desks close strictly 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We recommend to check in online with this airline.

<h3>Hand luggage</h3>
Each passenger may take only one carry-on bag on board with a maximum weight of 15.4 pounds (7 kg) and dimensions of 22 x 14 x 9 inches (56 x 36 x 23 cm).
An exception is made only for parents with infants or disabled people, who may have one additional personal baggage, but it must not exceed the dimensions of 13.7 x 7.87 x 7.87 inches (35 x 20 x 20 cm). This luggage must fit under the seat in front of them.
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
Passengers who purchased a ticket at the Go Easy or Go Flexi fares may check in one bag free of charge with a maximum weight of 44 pounds (20 kg). A stroller can be checked in free of charge.
