The best way to buy tickets is 2-4 months before your scheduled departure. It is very cheap to get tickets to seaside destinations, mostly departing from Germany.

<h3>Online check-in</h3>
You can check in free of charge from the comfort of your home via <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.condor.com/tcibe/us/mybooking/login" target="_blank">this link</a>. Online check-in can be done 24 hours - 1 hour before scheduled departure. After filling in the necessary information, you will receive a boarding pass that you can print or save on your mobile phone. We recommend downloading the Condor app.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
For Economy Light passengers, airport check-in is only available for a fee of EUR 25 / USD 27 / GBP 21. Therefore, we recommend online check-in for passengers with the Light fare.
For passengers with other fares, check-in at the airport counter is available free of charge. Counters usually open 2 hours before scheduled departure. They close approximately 45 minutes before departure. Another option is to check in via airport kiosks, which are available at most airports. Another option is to use the night check-in. This option costs EUR 5 / USD 5.4 / GBP 4.3 and is only available at some German airports.

<h3>Carry-on luggage</h3>
Economy Light Class passengers get only a small bag with dimensions 40 x 30 x 20 cm (15,7 x 11,8 x 7,9 inches) for free. A carry-on bag measuring 55 x 40 x 20 cm (21,7 x 15,7 x 7,9 inches) weighing 8 kg (17,6 lb) is available for a fee. The ticket price for other classes of travel always includes at least 1 carry-on luggage, which must not exceed any of the specified limits - maximum dimensions are 55 x 40 x 20 cm and weight up to:

<h3>Checked luggage</h3>
On Economy Light fare, checked baggage is not included in the price of the ticket. The fee is EUR 25 / USD 27 / GBP 21 per flight.
For other fares, one piece of checked baggage is free of charge, the sum of the three sides does not exceed 158 cm (62,2 inches) and weight limit up to:

<h3>Other luggage</h3>

Condor offers 4 travel classes, namely Economy Light, Economy, Best, and Business.
Economy Light fare - The cheapest fare offered by Condor. It is suitable for passengers who don't mind traveling light. It includes only one small carry-on bag with dimensions of max. 40 x 30 x 20 cm (15,7 x 11,8 x 7,9 inches).
Economy fare - Along with one small carry-on bag, the fare includes an additional carry-on bag weighing up to 8 kg (17,6 lb) and one checked bag weighing up to 20 kg (44 lb). Check-in at the airport is free of charge.
Best - The Best fare includes one small carry-on bag (40 × 20 × 25 cm), an additional carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lb), and checked luggage weighing up to 25 kg (55 lb). Check-in at the airport is free of charge.
Business Class - The tariff includes one small carry-on bag (40 × 20 × 25 cm), two pieces of carry-on luggage weighing up to 16 kg (35,3 lb) and 30 kg (66 lb) checked luggage. 1 piece of sports equipment can be carried free of charge. You get free seat reservation and check-in at the airport.

If you convert the amount to your own currency that is different from the country's of departure, you will get a less favourable exchange rate.

<h3>Infants and children under 2 years</h3>
The price of a ticket for infants varies depending on the destination. Infants do not have a right to have a separate seat and may sit on an adult's lap during the flight. The toilets are equipped with baby changing facilities.
Infants are not entitled to their own luggage on Economy Light fares. On other fares, they are entitled to luggage weighing up to 10 kg / 22 lb (up to 23 kg / 50,7 lb on flights to/from Brazil).
2 pieces of baby equipment per child (1 sports stroller + car seat / booster seat / travel cot) can be transported in the luggage compartment.
<h3>Children over 2 years</h3>
Children over 2 years of age are entitled to the same amount of hand luggage as adults and to a separate seat. We recommend using an approved safety seat for your little ones. The seat must meet the requirements for seats that can be used on planes.

On short flights, all refreshments are free only for Business Class passengers. On the Best fare, passengers are entitled to small refreshments - sandwiches, water, coffee. In other classes, refreshments are offered for a fee. Meals can be ordered 24 hours before departure. On long-haul flights, refreshments are included for all classes. These are usually hot meals and drinks. There are also special meals on offer - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, children's, and others. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.

During the flight, you can purchase refreshments from the onboard menu.
The on-board Condor Inflight Magazine offers a large selection of perfumes, electronics, and other accessories, which can be purchased from the cabin crew.
There is Condor FlyStream, which is available free of charge on your smartphone or tablet for the entire flight.
On long-haul flights, Inflight Entertainment is available free of charge with 2 movies and 2 TV series. For a wider selection of movies, shows, and music, you need to pay an extra EUR 10.

No change of tickets to a different date, time, or destination is possible on the Economy Light fare. Condor does not allow name changes either.
On other fares, time, date, and destination changes are possible. You must take into account the possible extra charge if you change to a more expensive ticket and a fee depending on your fare. It is not possible to change the number of passengers or their names. The fee for short flights for Economy and Best fares is EUR 50/person/flight, for long flights EUR 100.
