Under the Basic fare, checked baggage up to 23 kg (50.7 lb) can only be carried for a fee of USD 20 / EUR 19 / GBP 16 on domestic flights and USD 30 / EUR 28 / GBP 24 on international flights. On the Classic and Full fares, one checked bag weighing up to 23 kg (50.7 lb) is included in the ticket price. On the Promo and Full fares, a bag weighing up to 32 kg (70.5 lb) is included.

Free food and drinks are served on every flight. For shorter flights (up to 3 hours and 30 minutes) only light snacks and soft drinks are served, for longer flights, each passenger is entitled to a free hot meal. Soft drinks are also provided.
