Online check-in

You can check-in online free of charge 30 hours prior to your departure time and no later than one hour before departure. You can do so via the form on the carrier's website or via the mobile app. You can print your travel documents or you can also save them into your mobile app. If you want to print your boarding passes or PCR test results at the airport, you have to pay for this service. Airport Check-in

You can check-in at the airport 4 hours before your scheduled departure time and no later than 60 minutes before departure for Economy Class and 45 minutes before departure for Business Class. Special conditions apply to flights to the USA (the check-in counter closes 2 hours before departure).
