The cancellation option varies depending on the fare and class you purchased. If you have purchased a ticket in Economy Lite, you cannot cancel the ticket. In Economy Value, you can cancel your ticket for a fee. On Economy Flex fare and in Business Class, cancellation is free of charge if the ticket is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
