Online check-in

You can check in conveniently via Mobile Boarding Pass. The service is available no sooner than 24 hours prior to departure and check-in must be done no later than 60 minutes before departure on domestic flights. For international flights, online check-in is required no later than 90 minutes before departure. Once you have checked in, you will be given a QR code to show at the boarding gate.

Airport check-in

You can check in at the airport using the self-check-in kiosks. For domestic flights, arrive no later than 30 minutes before departure, for international flights no later than 60 minutes before departure. The service is not available for passengers who require special assistance, passengers who have purchased a ticket using a gift voucher, passengers with children, codeshare flights and others. If you check in at an airport counter, expect to pay a check-in and boarding pass fee. On international flights, check-in is free, but you'll still pay for your boarding pass. For domestic flights, the check-in starts 2 hours and ends 20 minutes before departure. For international flights, the counter opens 2 hours and closes 60 minutes before departure.
