Online check-in

You can check in online for free in two ways. Either via the airline's website or the mobile app. Online check-in on the website is available between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. This service is not available for passengers with special requirements or needs (i.e. immobile passengers who require wheelchairs, pregnant women, people traveling with a newborn child, children traveling unaccompanied by a legal guardian). The check-in service via the mobile app is available between 24 hours and 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The biggest advantage is that you always have all your travel documents with you downloaded in the app. For Apple devices, you can download the app here, and for Android users, it can be found under this link.

Airport check-in

Check-in times depend on the chosen destination.

• Don Mueang International Airport: Check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.
• Ho Chi Minh City Airport: Check-in counter opens 3 hours before departure and closes 50 minutes before departure.
