Passenger change of ticket

You can manage your booking in your customer account on the airline's website up to 1 hour before departure. Refunds for cancelled/altered flights are based on the fare you are travelling on. You are not entitled to a refund for a cancelled flight on a Simple Peach fare. On the Value Peach fare, you will pay a handling fee of 1100 yen (EUR 7 / USD 7 / GBP 6) and the difference from the ticket price will be refunded in Peach Points that you can use for your next purchase. On the last fare, Prime Peach, there is no fee and the full ticket price is paid back in Peach Points.

Change of ticket by the airline

Your flight is directly dependent on the current weather conditions. In the event of a change or cancellation by the airline, you will be informed by the airline at least 3 days before departure date. Passengers will then be adequately compensated.
