Qazaq Air

Carry-on baggage

On all Qazaq Air fares, passengers can take one piece of hand luggage on board the aircraft as part of the ticket price. It must not exceed 10 kg (22 lb) and the maximum dimensions are 40 x 25 x 20 cm (15.7 x 9.8 x 7.9 in).

Checked luggage

Unfortunately, no checked baggage is included in the basic fare. If you know that you will need it on your travels, we recommend purchasing the Optimum fare, where you are allowed one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg (50.7 lb) and the sum of the dimensions not exceeding 158 cm (62.2 in). In the Comfort fare you can travel with two such bags.
