S7 Airlines (formerly Sibir Airlines) was founded in 1992. Today it is the largest airline in Russia and a member of the Oneworld alliance. It flies to 181 cities and 26 countries around the world. Known for its punctuality, S7 Airlines was ranked sixth in the prestigious OAG's Punctuality League in 2018, ranking the best among Russian representatives.
The S7 Airlines fleet consists of 61 Airbus, 23 Boeing and 17 Embraer aircraft.

<h3>Online check-in</h3>

<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
Check-in at Moscow and Novosibirsk airports opens 24 hours and closes 40 minutes before departure. At other airports it opens 2-3 hours before takeoff. S7 Airlines recommend arriving at the airport well in advance. Business Class ticket holders will be given priority over Economy Class at check-in.

All classes include hand luggage and checked baggage in addition to Economy Basic.
<h3>Carry-on baggage</h3>
You can take one piece of hand luggage with you on board the aircraft. It must not exceed 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.7 x 15.7 x 9 inches) in size and 10 kg (22 lb) in weight for Economy Basic and Standard classes, 15 kg (33 lb) for Economy Plus and Business Standard and Plus classes.
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
Checked baggage must be no more than 203 cm (80 inches) in height, depth and width when added together. For Economy Standard Class, it must be no heavier than 23 kg (50.7 lb), while the other higher classes may have one bag weighing up to 32 kg (70.5 lb).
Sports equipment must not exceed the weight regulation and if you can fit it in the amount of luggage included in your ticket, you do not have to pay extra for it.
On S7 Airlines flights, you can also carry your pet, either in a regular seat, underneath your seat (as long as they have a cage up to 20 cm / 7.9 inches high) or in the hold. If the pet and its cage exceed 50 kg (110 lb), you will need to transport them using the S7 Cargo service.

In-flight services vary depending on the length of the flight and the class you are travelling in.

<li>Economy - In Economy Class, you'll get water on flights up to 2 hours, a hot or cold drink and a snack on flights from 2 to 3 hours, a sandwich and drink from 3 to 5 hours, and a hot meal served by the crew on flights longer than 5 hours. Children will receive educational cards, a book or board game.</li>
<li>Business - Business Class offers very comfortable seats and lavatories for upper class passengers only. You will be able to choose your meal from a special on-board menu. This is put together by the best chefs.</li>
