You can easily check in from the comfort of your own home. You can do so both via the web form on the company's website, where you can check in 24 hours before departure, or with your mobile phone. The online check-in service is available no later than 90 minutes before boarding an international flight and 60 minutes before the departure of a domestic flight.

Passengers can also check in at the airport. For international flights, the recommended arrival time at the check-in counter is 2.5 hours to 50 minutes before departure, and for flights within Southern Africa 90 to 40 minutes before departure.

<h3>Hand luggage</h3>
Each passenger can take on board a piece of hand luggage included in the price of the ticket. It must not exceed 8 kg (17.6 pounds) and the maximum dimensions are set at 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14.2 x 9 in). If you are travelling in Business Class, you may take two pieces of such luggage.
A small personal bag is also permitted and can be conveniently placed under the seat.
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
You can check in one bag up to a maximum weight of 23 kg (50.7 lb) in Economy Class, and two bags up to 32 kg (70.5 lb) each in Business Class. At the same time, the sum of the dimensions must not exceed 158 cm (62.2 in).
