Airport check-in is free for all passengers. You should ideally arrive at the check-in desk at least 1.5 hour before departure. Check-in counters close 45 minutes before departure.

<h3>Carry-on baggage</h3>
Each passenger may take on board the aircraft one piece of hand baggage not exceeding the dimensions 55 x 40 x 20 cm (21.7 x 15.7 x 7.9 in). The maximum weight of this baggage can be 6 kg (13.2 lb).
<h3>Checked luggage</h3>
One piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg (44 lb) is included in the ticket price. If you know that this limit will not be sufficient for you, we recommend that you pay for extra weight at least 48 hours before departure. The extra weight fee will become significantly higher during check-in at the airport.
For flights to Bjerut, children under 2 years old can travel with one piece of luggage up to 10 kg (22 lb) and a stroller or car seat can be carried free of charge.
