On all long-haul flights (Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Zanzibar, Cuba, Kenya and the United States), refreshments are included in the ticket price. A wider range of options is available for a fee. For special requests, you can order a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, children's and other meals. Orders must be made online via this link no later than 48 hours prior to departure.

For longer flights, an entertainment system is available. You can either enjoy that on your own devices or, on some types of aircraft, entertainment monitors are available.

TUI Fly Belgium offers all passengers a TUI fly Shop & Café magazine. The company provides an onboard sale where you can buy small souvenirs, perfumes and other interesting items.
