About Xiamen Airlines
Xiamen Airlines is originally from China and the airline's new official name is XiamenAir. It has several main airports namely Fuzhou, Hangzhou and of course Sia-men which gives the airline its name. XiamenAir was founded in 1984 and currently a majority of its stocks are held by China Southern Airlines. The airline is part of the SkyTeam alliance. XiamenAir flies to approximately 350 different destinations.
The XiamenAir fleet is made up of Boeing aircraft and the vast majority are Boeing 737. The airline owns over 200 aircraft with an average age of 6 years which is making it one of the youngest fleets in the world.
