Transportation from Bari Airport to the centre of Bari

Bus
The cheapest option is the city's Bus line 16, operated by AMTAB. Buses run every 40 to 60 minutes and take you to Piazza Aldo Moro, near Bari Centrale train station. The journey to the centre takes about 50 minutes. Tickets cost €1 (all-day €2.5) and can be purchased from a vending machine, newsagent or bus driver for €1.5. The first bus leaves at 5 am, the last one before 10 pm.
Faster transport is provided by Terravision buses. The journey takes just 30 minutes. A ticket costs €4 and can be purchased online.
Train
The fastest option is the rail service (Ferrovia Regionale - FR2, grey) or the metro service (Ferrovia Metropolitana - FM2, yellow). Trains run two to four times an hour and take you to the centre to Bari Centrale train station. The journey to the centre takes about 20 minutes. Taxi
The most convenient option is to use Gettransfer. You know the fare in advance and tickets can be booked online. Drivers tend to be nicer than in traditional taxis and, for example, a child seat can be provided on request.
