Tram
The cheapest way to get to the city center is the "Bergen Light Rail" tram. You can find the "Bergen lufthavn Flesland" stop right at the terminal.
Trams run every 10-15 minutes, and tickets for 40 NOK (approx. 3.9£) can be purchased at the machine or via the app. More information and schedules can be found here.
The downside of the tram is its speed; you'll encounter a total of 27 stops, reaching the final station "Byparken" in about 45 minutes.
Flybussen Bus
A faster alternative is the Flybussen bus (schedule), which runs to the center of Bergen approximately every 30 minutes and takes you to the center in 25 minutes.
- The final stop is located in Bryggen, in front of the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel.
- If you want to go to the center, choose the "Festplassen" stop.
- The easiest way to get to the Bergen train or bus station is from the "Bergen Busstasjon" stop.
Purchase your ticket online, as it will be more expensive from the driver. The price for a one-way ticket is 139 NOK (approx. 13.2£), and a return ticket is 238 NOK.

The most comfortable option is to use the services of Gettransfer. You know the fare in advance, and tickets can be booked online. Drivers tend to be friendlier than in regular taxis, and you can request amenities such as a child seat.
