Jeepney
The cheapest transport, primarily used by locals, is the jeepney. The line from the airport will take you to Mactan Island, where you can transfer to a line heading to Cebu City. Keep in mind that jeepneys are very cheap (the ride costs about 0.4£ (0.5 EUR)), but they can be confusing and are recommended only for budget backpackers.
Taxi
Best value for money is represented by taxis. You can either use the taxis found on the right side as you exit the airport or purchase a local SIM card at the airport (recommended) and order a taxi via Grab. It's slightly more economical, and if you leave anything in the taxi, it's easier to track down. The price ranges from 5.8£ to 9.7£ (6.7 EUR to 11.2 EUR) depending on your hotel's location. If you're staying near Fuente Osmena Circle, which is one of the nightlife centers, expect to pay around 7.8£ (9.0 EUR).

Bus
If you want to save money, you can also choose to travel by MyBus. The ticket price is 50 PHP (about 1.0£ (1.1 EUR)) and it will take you to SM City Cebu and the Radisson Blu Cebu hotel. Timetables and detailed information can be found here.
