Bus
The cheapest option is public transport, but you won't avoid one transfer, and the travel time will be at least 50 minutes (if your connections align). Take line 612 from the airport to the Landvetter resecentrum bus station, where you transfer to the Röd express bus towards Lilla Varholmen. A ticket for zone AB costs 70 SEK (about 5.4£ (6.1 EUR)) and is valid for 3 hours.
