Transport from Gran Canaria Airport to the centre of Las Palmas
Gran Canaria Airport is located less than 25 km from Las Palmas. You have several options for transport to the city centre or to your hotel.

Bus to Las Palmas
The cheapest option is the city's number 60 buses, which run twice an hour. Timetables can be found at this link. There are also routes 1, 5, 11 and 91 to the airport. For details, see here.
The bus runs from the airport to:
- San Telmo station / 30 minutes / ticket costs €2.3
- Santa Catalina Station / 45 minutes / ticket costs €2.95
Shuttle from the airport to the hotel (recommended)
The best value-for-money option, which we also recommend from personal experience, is the Holidaytaxis service. You can book your transfer online and prices start at EUR 4. The bus will be waiting for your flight even if it's delayed and it will take you directly to your hotel. The price is a bit more expensive than public transport, but the comfort is incomparably higher.
Car rental
The most flexible transport will be provided by car rental. Compare offers here. The price varies by season and vehicle size, but in general, the earlier you book your car, the more you save.
Taxi
The most convenient way is to use the Gettransfer. You know the price of the ride in advance and can have a child seat provided, for example. Drivers tend to be nicer and more helpful than in a regular taxi. If you forget anything in the car, it can be traced back. Airport transfer prices start from EUR 13.
