Bus to Downtown Las Vegas and the Strip
For transportation to the city center, you can choose from 3 lines operated by RTC Southern Nevada. There is a stop on Terminal 3 in the departure level, and on Terminal 1 in the zero level.
- Line 108 (Paradise) operates from Terminal 1 - schedule and route map
- Line 109 (Maryland Parkway) operates 24 hours a day from Terminal 1 - schedule and route map
- Centennial Express CX operates from Terminals 1 and 3 at hourly intervals
The travel time is approximately 20 - 30 minutes. The easiest way to find a connection to your hotel and purchase tickets is through the official rideRTC app (Google Play / App Store).
You can buy your ticket on the bus, at a machine, or in the app. The price for a one-way ticket is 2 USD. A 2-hour ticket costs 3 USD and allows transfers to other RTC lines, except for The Deuce line. If you want to use this line running along the Las Vegas Strip, you will pay 6 USD for the ticket.
A two-hour ticket is available for 3.00 USD and allows you unlimited transfers on all other RTC lines within two hours, except for The Deuce line. This bus line runs up and down the Las Vegas Strip, and you need to purchase a more expensive 2-hour ticket for 6.00 USD. More information about fares can be found here. Information about connections is available here.
Car Rental
The most flexible transportation is provided by renting a car. You can compare offers here.
Taxi
The most comfortable option is to use the services of Gettransfer. You know the price of the ride in advance, and tickets can be booked online. Drivers tend to be friendlier than with traditional taxis, and on request, a child seat can be provided. Traditional taxis or Uber are also available. For larger groups, a taxi can be a more comfortable and cheaper alternative.
Night Transportation
You can also use the bus at night, but it may be safer to use Gettransfer or a taxi for transportation to the center.
