Bus to Muscat and Seeb
The cheapest transport to the city is a bus from the company Mwasalat (Oman National Transport). You will find the bus stop at the floor zero.
- The 1B bus line runs every half hour and takes you to the final Ruwi bus stop via the Royal Opera House and Muscat business district. The journey to Ruwi bus stop takes approximately 45 minutes.
- The A1 bus line runs every 30 minutes to Al Mabelah in Seeb via Burj Al Sahwa.
- In addition to lines 1B to Muscat and 1A to Seeb, line 8 also runs to the airport, connecting the towns of Al Mawalih and Al Khuwair. This bus operates every 30 minutes, 6 days a week (no bus on Fridays).
The price for a one-way ticket is OMR 1, which is equivalent to about EUR 2.4. Tickets can be purchased directly from the bus driver.

Taxi
The most convenient transport is a taxi, which you can use on the spot or book via Gettransfer. This has the advantage of a lower price, better access, and can also provide a child seat. The price of a taxi should be around €11.
