Transport from Samos Airport to Samos city centre
You have several options for transport to the city centre or to your hotel. We most recommend renting a car.

Transport within tours
If you choose one of the cheap tours to Samos, a delegate will be waiting for you on the spot with transportation to your hotel.
Bus
The cheapest option is the city buses. You will find a bus stop just outside the airport concourse. There are very few buses - 6 times a day on weekdays, 3 times a day on Saturdays. Unfortunately, there are no buses on Sundays. The journey to the centre takes about 30 minutes. The price of a ticket is €2 and can be purchased directly from the driver.

Car rental
The most flexible transportation can be provided by car rental. This is the best way to get not only to Samos town, but also to many places that are hardly, if ever, accessible by bus.

Airport shuttle
If you don't want to book a car, you can use the airport shuttle service. The bus will be waiting for your flight, pick you up at the airport and take you directly to your hotel. Prices start at €8.

Taxi
The most convenient option is to use the services of Gettransfer. You know the fare in advance and tickets can be booked online. Drivers tend to be nicer than in traditional taxis and, for example, a child seat can be provided on request. The price per ride starts at EUR 14.
