Warsaw Chopin Airport

You have several options for transport from the airport to the city centre.

Transportation summary

Bus

The cheapest option is the city bus service. Chopin Airport is part of the city, so it is in Zone 1, where the following prices apply: a 70 minute ticket costs EUR 1, 90 minutes cost EUR 1,6 and a day ticket costs EUR 3,4. For a single journey to or from the airport, the first option will be sufficient. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. There are several bus routes to the airport, depending on where exactly your hotel or destination is located.

Bus 331

• Runs daily between 6:13 - 5:54

Bus N32 (night bus)

• Runs daily between 11:15 pm - 4:49 am
• On the route Chopin Airport - Central Railway Station

Train

Slightly faster option. The trains stop at the airport and at the main train/bus station as well, from there it's easy to get where you need to go. Tickets cost up to EUR 1,6.

• Train S2 - runs between 4:12 - 11:28 every 13 minutes. Timetables and a list of stops can be found here.

Taxi

The most convenient option is to use Gettransfer. The drivers are nicer and more helpful than with traditional taxis. The transfer can be booked online and you know the price in advance. Prices start at EUR 9. If you forget something in the car, the driver can be traced and contacted.

Car rental
