Online check-in

Online check-in is available from 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 60 minutes before departure. You can check in on the carrier's website but only for a maximum of 9 passengers on the same route. Boarding passes must be printed.

Airport check-in

Make sure to arrive at the check-in counter preferably 2 to 3 hours before departure. For long-haul flights, the check-in counter opens 3 hours before the scheduled departure time and closes 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

For domestic flights, the check-in counters open:

• 3 hours before scheduled departure time for B777 operated flight
• 2 hours before scheduled departure time for B737 operated flight
• 1:30 before scheduled departure time for ATR operated flight

Check-in closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights.
