About Air France
Air France is the French national airline headquartered in Paris at Charles de Gaulle International Airport. It was founded in 1933 and it has very long tradition. The majority owner of the airline was the state, but in 2004 the company was taken over by the Dutch airline KLM, bringing the percentage of French ownership below 50%. The company is a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance, which connects 19 members across the planet.
Air France currently flies to 60 countries and serves 34 destinations in Europe, 26 in America, 17 in Africa and 11 in Asia. In addition, it also connects 15 French cities.
Air France's fleet consists of 212 aircrafts and not only Airbus, but also 74 Boeing aircraft.
