The rules for SATA Azores Airlines are the same as those for SATA Air Acores.

Hand luggage

Economy Class passengers can travel with 1 piece of carry-on luggage with maximum dimensions 21.6 x 15.7 x 7.8 inches (55 x 40 x 20 cm) and weight up to 17.6 pounds (8 kg). For Business Class passengers, this weight limit is increased to 33 pounds (15 kg). Passengers in both classes can take one personal item (handbag, umbrella, camera) with them along with their hand luggage.

Checked baggage

Checked baggage allowances vary by fare and destination. The limit for Business Class on all flights is 141 pounds (64 kg). On flights to Europe or Africa, Economy Class passengers can take a maximum of 50.7 pounds (23 kg). Detailed information on checked baggage can be found at this link.
