Bangkok Airways is a Thai airline, founded in 1968 and headquartered in Bangkok. It is a very well-rated airline. Originally the airline offered only charter flights, but gradually started to expand its fleet and now the airline operates domestic and international scheduled flights.

You can check in free of charge from the comfort of your home via <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.bangkokair.com/self-check-in" target="_blank">this</a> <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.bangkokair.com/self-check-in" target="_blank">link</a>. Online check-in can be done 24 hours - 1 hour before scheduled departure. After filling in the necessary information, you will receive a boarding pass that you can print or save on your mobile phone. We recommend downloading the Bangkok Airways smartphone app.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
Check-in at the airport counter is also available free of charge. Counters usually open 2 hours before scheduled departure. They close approximately 50 minutes before departure. Another option is to check in via airport kiosks.

<h3>Hand luggage</h3>
All passengers can travel with 1 carry-on bag, which must not exceed even one of the specified limits - the maximum dimensions are 22 x 14.17 x 9 inches (56 x 36 x 23 cm) and maximum weight up to 11 pounds (5 kg). On ATR72 aircraft the maximum dimensions cannot exceed 19.7 x 14.17 x 9 inches (50 x 36 x 23 cm).
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
Bangkok Airways allows all Economy Class passengers to bring one checked bag weighing up to 44 pounds (20 kg) free of charge. For Premium Economy passengers, the maximum weight allowance is 66 pounds (30 kg) and for Business Class even 88 pounds (40 kg).

Small snacks like coffee are served free of charge on all flights. A hot meal is served on all long-haul flights. A wider selection of food and beverages is available for a fee. Bangkok Airways also offers special meals (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) which must be ordered at least 24 hours before departure. Bangkok Airways does not allow any name changes. Changes to another date or destination are possible for a fee.
Domestic flights, if requesting a change:

Flight cancellation fees vary by class of travel, destination, and cancellation date. For domestic flights, the fee is €36-67 / £29-55 /  $40-75, for international flights, and the fee ranges from €45-135 / £37-109 / $50-150.
