Tickets purchased on Economy Lite, Economy Plus and Business Lite tariffs cannot be refunded. After cancellation, you are only entitled to a refund of the airport fee. You can cancel tickets purchased on Economy Flex and Business fares. Cancellations under the Flex fare are subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 60 (GBP 51 or USD 71). Cancellations under the Business fare are free of charge. Refunds can be requested online using the contact form.
