Carry-on baggage

The number of bags you can take on board for free depends on your class of travel.

In Economy or Premium Economy Class, you can take one piece of luggage with maximum dimensions 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14,2 x 9 inches) and maximum weight 7 kg (15,4 lb).

If you have paid for any higher class, you can take two such pieces of luggage.

Each passenger, regardless of class, can also take one small bag with maximum dimensions of 40 x 30 x 10 cm (15,7 x 11,8 x 3,9 inches).

Checked baggage

You always get a free checked bag in the ticket price, but each bag must meet the maximum combined dimensions of 158 cm (62,2 inches) or it will have to be checked in as oversized baggage and you will incur extra charges. The weight of the baggage is divided by travel class. Either the number of baggage system or just by weight applies.

Based on number of pieces (applies to North and Central America)

• Economy: 2 pieces with a maximum weight of 23 kg (50,7 lb) each
• Premium Economy: 2 pieces with a maximum weight of 28 kg (61,7 lb) each
• Royal Laurel / Premium Laurel / Business: 2 pieces with a maximum weight of 32 kg (70,5 lb) per bag

By weight (other destinations):

• Economy: 30 kg (66 lb) in baggage
• Premium Economy: 35 kg (77 lb)
• Royal Laurel / Premium Laurel / Business: 40 kg (88 lb)

Children under 2 years of age are allowed 1 checked bag with a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lb).
