The Pobeda airline does not offer any free services, everything is charged. You can pay extra for seats with more legroom, which are located near the emergency exits. This is available in your account reservation management.
The seats on Pobeda aircraft are not reclining. If you wish to purchase an extra seat on the aircraft, you must contact the call centre. You can also pay extra for priority boarding.

Pobeda (translated as "Victory") is a low-cost Russian airline. It is one of the youngest in Russia and belongs to the Aeroflot group. It has been operating since late 2014 and it's based in Moscow at Vnukovo Airport. By the end of 2015, the airline had carried three million passengers. At the beginning of 2018, the company introduced direct flights to the Czech Republic (to Karlovy Vary Airport). In the first five years of operation, the company has already carried 25,000,000 clients.
Currently, it is possible to visit up to 100 destinations with Pobeda. These are both domestic and international flights. The airline's aircraft are blue and white and the fleet consists of 41 Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft.

Online check-in can be done no earlier than 24 hours before departure and no later than 4 hours in advance. Print your boarding pass and take it with you to the airport. Some airports do not require a paper form, an electronic ticket on your mobile device will suffice.

You can check-in for free at the airport from 2 hours to 40 minutes before departure (for flights to Carlsbad, Leipzig, Istanbul, Eindhoven, Berlin, Milan, Cagliari, Genoa, Dubai and Eilat the check in ends 60 minutes before departure time).
Boarding ends 25 minutes before take off.

Includes free hand baggage up to 36 x 30 x 27 cm ((14 x 12 x 11 in), checked baggage up to 20 kg (44 lb), free seat selection (on the website no later than 4 hours before departure), change of flight date/time, ticket refund, cancellation up to 48 hours before departure (fee 999 RUB = 12 EUR / 13 USD / 10 GBP).

Pobeda does not offer food and hot drinks on board the aircraft. You are not allowed to consume your own alcoholic beverages. For safety reasons, hot drinks are also prohibited on board. Drinking water is provided by the airline, other offerings are chargeable. The on-board magazine is in Russian.

It is possible to change date, time or route no later than 48 hours before departure on the website or via the call centre for an additional fee from RUB 5000 (EUR 57 / 63 USD / 48,5 GBP).
No later than 4 hours before departure, it is possible to change passenger names on the website or via the call centre for an additional fee from RUB 5000 (EUR 57).
During booking you have the option to pay extra for a service that allows one free change of date, time of departure or refund up to 48 hours before departure. The price starts from RUB 999 (EUR 12 / 13 USD / 10 GBP).

Pobeda tickets are non-refundable, and refunds can only be requested in the rare cases listed on <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.pobeda.aero/en/information/booking/returns_ticket/" target="_blank">airline's website</a>.
Rightful compensation should be addressed immediately at the airport, or via call centre, email vozvrat@pobeda.aero or by letter addressed to Kievskoe shosse, 22 km, domovladenie 4, Moscow, Russia, 108811. You must provide all documents required by the airline for processing.
