Hand luggage

For Economy Class there is one carry-on bag weighing up to 15.4 pounds (7kg) allowed. If you are traveling in Business Class, you may bring one carry-on bag up to 19.8 pounds (9 kg). For First Class passengers, the limit is 26.4 pounds (12 kg). The overall dimensions of carry-on luggage must not exceed 45.27 inches (115cm).

Checked luggage

If you travel on the lowest Economy Saver fare, you are not entitled to bring any checked luggage. In the higher Economy fares, you can check in a maximum of 50.7 pounds (23 kg). For flights to North America, you can pack 2 x 50.7 pounds (23 kg), the same applies to Economy Semi-flex and Economy Flex fares, regardless of the final destination. Business-class passengers can check in two pieces of luggage weighing up to 70.5 pounds each (32 kg). The same applies to First Class passengers.
