<h3>Online check-in</h3>
You can check-in online <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.smartwings.com/online-odbaveni" target="_blank">via a form</a> on the carrier's website no earlier than 30 hours before your scheduled departure (18 hours for flights to/from the Canary Islands). The latest you can check in is 60 minutes before your departure time.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
If you want to check in at the airport, the airport check-in counter opens 2,5 hours before your scheduled departure and closes 40 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Exception applies to flights from Tel Aviv and Marsa Alam, where the counter opens 3 hours before departure. For flights from Dubai, Tel Aviv and other flights longer than 5,000 km, the counter closes 60 minutes before departure.

<h3>Carry-on baggage</h3>
Economy class passengers can take on board one carry-on bag with a maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25 cm and a weight of up to 8 kg. Economy PLUS and FLEX packages can also be accompanied by a personal bag with a maximum size of 40 x 30 x 15 cm and a weight of up to 3 kg.
Business and Business LITE class passengers can travel with two hand luggage and one personal bag (handbag, kidney bag, laptop) with the dimensions listed above.
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
If you are travelling in Economy PLUS and FLEX class, you can bring one checked bag on board with a maximum weight of 23 kg.
Business and Business LITE class passengers can travel with two checked baggage up to a maximum weight of 32 kg per bag.
For technical reasons, the maximum weight of checked baggage allowed is 32 kg and the maximum dimension is 250 cm, i.e. the sum of length, width and height including handles, pockets and wheels. The company offers Economy Class and Business Class on its flights. In addition, you can choose from three packages (LITE, PLUS and FLEXI) in Economy Class.
<h3>Economy Class</h3>
The LITE package is the lowest fare package offered by the airline. The ticket price includes only the passenger's cabin baggage, with no refund of the cancelled ticket.
Package PLUS is a compromise in terms of price vs available services. Compared to the LITE package, the price includes the carriage of a small personal bag, one checked bag and a choice of seat. Unfortunately, even with this package, you won't get a refund for a cancelled ticket.
FLEX package is for passengers who expect that there may be a sudden change in their flight. In this package, it is possible to rebook for a different departure or return date (for the difference in fare, if any), cancel the ticket (for a fee). The ticket price includes small refreshments on board the aircraft.
<h3>Business Class</h3>
If you are travelling in Business Class, the ticket price includes 2 pieces of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 32kg each. You will automatically be seated at the front of the aircraft and will be served complimentary premium snacks during the flight. If you will be departing from the Czech Republic, you are entitled to access to the airport lounge.

<h3>Traveling with children under 2 years old</h3>
The company only transports children older than 48 hours and if the young passenger is younger than 7 days, it is necessary to fill out <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.smartwings.com/images/predpisy-formulare/formular-zdravotni-zpusobilosti.pdf" target="_blank">this form</a>.
Children under two years of age travel at a reduced fare, but without the right to their own seat. If you want to transport your child in their own car seat, you must add an extra seat. If you bring a cot or car seat, the company will transport it free of charge. You can bring your own baby food on board, but up to a maximum limit of 200ml.
<h3>Traveling with children aged 2 years and over</h3>
At the age of 6 to 11 years, children can travel unaccompanied by a responsible person, however, an Unaccompanied Minor Nursery Assistance (UMNR) must be arranged. This service must be booked no later than two days prior to your scheduled departure via the <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.smartwings.com/kontaktni-formular" target="_blank">contact form</a> The current price is 90 USD go 65 GBP for a one-way flight and includes a child's meal and hot or cold drinks on request. Children's luggage is subject to the limits of the package you purchased.

The special offer is valid for ticket changes on new and existing bookings with a flight date up to 31 December 2021. For these flights, due to unforeseen events related to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is no change of date fee. For all other flights, the standard conditions of carriage apply.
Changes can be made up to 72 hours after the original departure date on the carrier's website in the <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.smartwings.com/moje-lety" target="_blank">"My Booking"</a> section. For changes to the ticket, the company will charge the administrative fee according to the price package and any difference in the fare.
If you wish to make a change to the ticket that is part of the purchased tour, you must communicate this change with the travel agent with who the tour was purchased.
