The special offer is valid for ticket changes on new and existing bookings with a flight date up to 31 December 2021. For these flights, due to unforeseen events related to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is no change of date fee. For all other flights, the standard conditions of carriage apply.

Changes can be made up to 72 hours after the original departure date on the carrier's website in the "My Booking" section. For changes to the ticket, the company will charge the administrative fee according to the price package and any difference in the fare.

If you wish to make a change to the ticket that is part of the purchased tour, you must communicate this change with the travel agent with who the tour was purchased.
