Online check-in

You can simply check in for free online via the carrier's website. Print your boarding pass at home and bring it with you to the airport.

Check-in can also be done via the Spirit Airlines mobile app. For Apple devices download here, for Android devices you can download at this link. With the app you'll always have your boarding pass and all the information you need to know about your flight with you. Online check-in can be done from 24 hours to 1 hour before your scheduled departure.

There are a few exceptions for online check-in:

• travelers with pets
• travelers on a group booking of 10 or more
• unaccompanied minors
• travelers with an infant
• travelers who are traveling with a military ID instead of a passport
• travelers who have purchased an additional seat or special services

Travelers who cannot check in online for the reasons listed above will need to complete the process with a member of staff at the counter (in this case there is no check-in fee).

Airport check-in

You can check-in at the airport using self-service kiosks. Customer service staff will be ready to assist you. However, please note that there is a charge of EUR 11 / USD 12 / GBP 8,5 for each printed boarding pass. We recommend arriving at least two hours before scheduled departure for domestic flights and at least three hours before departure for international flights.
