Online check-in is available for domestic flights only. Online check-in can be done 24 hours - 1 hour before scheduled departure. After filling in the necessary information, you will receive a boarding pass that you can print or save on your mobile phone. We recommend downloading the VietJet app, which makes online check-in even easier.
<h3>Airport check-in</h3>
Check-in at the airport is available free of charge. Counters usually open 2 hours before scheduled departure and close approximately 50-40 minutes before departure.

<h3>Hand luggage</h3>
All passengers can travel with 1 carry-on bag, which must not exceed any of the specified limits - the maximum dimensions are 22 x 14.1 x 9 cm (56 x 36 x 23 cm). You can also bring one small personal item (small handbag, laptop) that must fit under the seat in front of you. The total weight of these two pieces of luggage must not exceed 15.4 pounds (7 kg).
<h3>Checked baggage</h3>
Checked baggage is not included in the price of the Basic Eco and Promo fares. Checked baggage weighing up to 70.5 pounds (32 kg) can be transported for an additional fee - from 155,000 VND (= GBP 5 / USD 7 / EUR 6).
