You can cancel your tickets free of charge if you have purchased a FLEX package in travel class. See here for a full list.

You can also cancel tickets for a fee only if they are in the higher travel classes (Economy Class - Classic, Comfort Class - Classic and Business Class - Classic). Cancellations are usually subject to an administration fee of 5% of the ticket price. If you purchase non-cancellable tickets, you cannot claim a refund for the unused flight.
