In case there is a problem during your flight that causes a multiple hour delay or if your flight is cancelled altogether, you may be entitled to compensation. You can find out if this is the case by filling in your flight number and the departure date of your flight.

If your flight has been cancelled, you can request a refund of the total amount of the ticket in your booking.
