Online check-in

Online check-in can be done directly on the company's website or in their mobile app GOL (available for iOS and Android). You can check in using your booking code, CPF number (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas, the number of the individual) or your Smiley Club membership number. You will also need the name of the airport you are departing from.

Online check-in opens as early as 48 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure. For flights to the US, it opens 24 hours before departure.

Airport check-in

At the airport, you can check in at the kiosk or at the counter. Arrive well in advance, check-in opens 3 hours and closes 1 hour before departure.
